How do I know my booking is confirmed?

After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation message and reference number. You can also view your booking details in your Bookright.ng dashboard.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, depending on the hotel’s policy. Some bookings allow free cancellation within a set period, while others are non-refundable. Always check the hotel’s cancellation policy before paying.

Do I get a full refund if I cancel?

No, Bookright.ng refunds 75% of the booking amount when cancellation is made within the allowed time. A 25% service fee applies to cover processing and administrative costs which is non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and online wallet payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Simply enter the guest’s details during booking. Ensure all names match their valid ID to avoid check-in issues.

Are prices on Bookright.ng the same as the hotel’s direct rates?

Our prices are negotiated and often discounted, meaning you may pay less than walk-in rates. Prices are shown in Naira unless otherwise stated.

What if I don’t show up at the hotel?

If you fail to check in without prior cancellation, your booking will be marked as a “no-show” and no refund will be issued.

Can I change my check-in or check-out dates?

Date changes depend on hotel availability and policy. Please contact our support team to request a modification.

What if the hotel cancels my booking?

If the hotel is unable to honor your booking, Bookright.ng will:
  • Find a replacement hotel of similar or better quality, or
  • Provide a full 100% refund immediately.

Do you offer discounts or loyalty rewards?

What if I arrive late?

Hotels usually hold your room until a certain time. If you expect to arrive late, contact Bookright.ng – Find Your Perfect Stay – to ensure your booking remains valid.

What is your check-in policy?

Most hotels allow check-in by 2:00 PM, and check-out by 12:00 PM. However, this varies by property and will be stated on your booking confirmation.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes. For group bookings (5 rooms or more), please contact our corporate booking desk at reservations@bookright.ng for special rates and assistance.

Do prices include taxes and service charges?

Yes, unless otherwise stated. Some hotels may charge local taxes or tourism fees at check-in, which are not controlled by Bookright.ng.

Prices may vary depending on room type, date, location, and promotions. Discounts and deals are automatically applied at checkout when available.
