How refunds and cancellations work at BookRight.ng.
At BookRight.ng, we understand that plans can change. However, all confirmed bookings are subject to a 25% non-refundable processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within the hotel’s approved cancellation window, you will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
